IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure to fill in your mobile phone number to facilitate delivery in case of absence, as parcels do not always fit in letterboxes.
If delivery fails, your parcel may be dropped off at a relay point near you. We will inform you if this is the case.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-3 Days
- Delivery time: 5-10 Days
1. Order processing times : 1-3 working Days
Please note that order processing time must be added to delivery times to obtain the total time required to receive an order at the time it is placed. Order processing time is 1 to 3 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) and is used to check the quality of your order, pack it, print the shipping labels and send it to our transport company for shipping.
Please note that personalized products require an additional manufacturing time, the details of which are noted in the product description. Custom products in particular require between 10 and 20 days for production and delivery.
2. Delivery times : 5-10 working days
Update 31/08/21: due to the second wave of COVID-19 our deliveries may have an additional delay.
3. Cancellation of orders
We can cancel your order within 6 hours of its validation. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
4. Orders not available
Any packages that are refused, not collected by the local post office, cannot be delivered to the address given because you entered the wrong name or address when ordering, and are not our responsibility. Please remember to check your address carefully when ordering.
5. Separate packages
If something is missing from your received package, don't worry! We sometimes ship orders in multiple/separate packages, due to weight restrictions and also to allow for faster shipping. If you have any questions, just contact us via the contact form and we will take care of it immediately.
